2. Adventure Tour Services

Trust Trail Adventures provides guided outdoor adventure tours including hiking, camping, rock climbing, photography expeditions, and nature education tours in Colorado and surrounding areas.

3. Booking and Payment

All bookings require a 50% deposit with full payment due 48 hours before tour departure. Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance receive a full refund minus a $25 processing fee.

4. Safety and Liability

Outdoor adventures involve inherent risks. All participants must sign a liability waiver and follow guide instructions. The Company maintains comprehensive liability insurance and follows industry safety standards.

5. Weather and Cancellations

Tours may be cancelled due to unsafe weather conditions. In such cases, clients receive a full refund or may reschedule at no additional cost.

6. Equipment and Gear

All technical equipment is provided unless otherwise specified. Clients are responsible for personal items and appropriate clothing as outlined in pre-tour communications.

7. Age and Fitness Requirements

Minimum age requirements vary by tour type. All participants must disclose relevant medical conditions and fitness limitations during booking.

8. Photography and Media

The Company may photograph tours for marketing purposes. Clients may opt-out of photography by notifying guides before tour commencement.
